HI, how’s your day? I was supposed to post this on the 12th of December its ok. 😅
The SLJ (Summer Learning Journey) team has created a blog post about the Japanese Pufferfish. In the post, they challenged us to a lot of instructions.
First things first, we had to watch a video about the Japanese Pufferfish to collect facts as the SLJ’s slideshow instructed. After we watched the video, we now had to make a new Google Drawing to create a Pufferfish drawing on your own! Now that we’ve finished the Google drawing, we had to add the drawing on the slideshow and are told to describe the Google drawing using slides recording. Then finally, in the slideshow, I added slides to write down 5 facts about the Pufferfish and the references for my drawing.
Here’s my slideshow, I still haven’t done the recording describing the drawing because I’m sick. But I did write it down:
Thank you, for reading this post!! Please inform me if anything troubles you just by commenting and feel free to ask me any questions, did I forget anything? Ask me if I did a great job! Just know I’ll always be there to reply! Have a FUN holiday and remember, God loves you. Bye!!!
Kia ora Treyden,
It’s Mrs Stone from the Summer Learning Journey team. Wow this is such a fantastic and high quality blog post.
First, you wrote such a clear description of the tasks, the instructions we gave and what you created. Then you included links to the video you talked about and what a pufferfish looks like as well as your own creation AND your facts about the pufferfish – wow! The way that you have written this shows your clear understanding of your audience – even if I didn’t know anything about the SLJ or Pufferfish I could still understand this post. Ka pai, you must be a fantastic writer.
Your Google Drawing of the pufferfish was so well done. I love that you included its habitat and the little starfish on the rock was my favourite addition. I really appreciated that you wrote how you created the image as well – this will be so helpful for other students who are getting started with Google Draw.
Mā te wā,
Mrs Stone
Kia Ora Mrs Stone!
Thank you for commenting! I really value your positive thoughts about my post and how you actually paid attention to the small details on my Google Drawing! I’m relieved that there’s no mistakes in this post according to you. 😁
Also appreciate your assumption about me being a fantastic writer(!), I feel even more confident in writing. Once again, Thank you, Mrs Stone!

Wonderful suggestion, I actually haven’t thought of adding detail to the sand—I mean considering this post was old, I wont make any changes to it.
